By engaging EQUINOX CAP LLC for interior design services, you agree to the terms outlined in the signed project agreement. This includes the scope of work, timelines, and payment schedule.
A deposit is required to initiate design work, with subsequent payments as specified in the agreement. Full payment is due prior to final delivery or installation of furnishings.
Minor revisions to the design are included, but substantial changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by EQUINOX CAP LLC are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
We strive for excellence in every project; however, EQUINOX CAP LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of third-party products or unforeseeable delays beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Deposits and payments for work completed are non-refundable.
